We have had a busy weekend. Brooklyn left on Friday afternoon for her first weekend away from home....in San Antonio. She went with friends to watch the State Cheer competition. She will return late tonight so she is staying with a friend and going to school tomorrow...it has been quiet around here. She is lively and we all notice when she is not around. I have spoken to her and she is having a great time. Britt arrived home for Spring Break. She is here until to Tuesday when she will leave on Spring Break. Brenner had Opening tournament and made the first 3 outs of the game on first base! He also hit a double. Great game. On Saturday they have a parade and introduce all the players and teams. There is an all day carnival as well. Tony and I took turns spending shifts so Brenn could be there with his team all day. He had a great time and ate a lot of junk! Tony and I had a great dinner with some friends on Saturday night. There is a new euro bistro that opened recently and our friends are investors. It was phenomenal! The food the atmosphere and the area of town is wonderful. The Woodlands has a lot of money here and thre are a lot of very expensive cars and it is not unusual to park nest to a Bentley or Lambourghini at the store. We had a great table looking outside at the fountain across the street....a bright yellow Ferrari pulled up to valet . If you have seen Ferris Buhlers Day Off you may remember the scene in the parking garage where the parking attendants take the red sports car and drive it. This was as funny. We saw the car pull off and then come back the other way down the street...and again....here is goes yet again...we were laughing. The owner was seated away from the windows so he did not see this happen. When we left the yellow ferrari is parked directly in front of the front door! They were having fun driving that car!

Sounds like a fun weekend. I'm not sure I could have parked the car right away either!
